Early this morning, you’ll embark on a peaceful bamboo raft ride, guided by a local. Your driver will then take you to the pier to reach Koh Phra Thong, a pristine and timeless island. The morning is free to enjoy the island’s natural surroundings. The lodge offers several activities: excursions to neighboring islands, canoe trips through the mangroves, traditional massages, or cooking classes. You can also simply savor the tranquility, surrounded by the sea, wind, and tropical birds. At 4:30 pm, depart by jeep or pickup truck to explore the Koh Phra Thong savanna at sunset. With its tall grasses, scattered trees, and discreet wildlife, the landscape evokes the African plains. The excursion concludes with an aperitif as the sun sets, accompanied by a glass of wine and light snacks prepared by the lodge.

Enjoy a final free morning on Koh Phra Thong to soak up the island’s tranquility one last time. Late morning, you’ll take a boat to the mainland, where your driver will take you to Phang Nga Bay. From there, you’ll embark for Koh Phanyee, an iconic floating village nestled at the foot of karst cliffs. Set sail for Koh Phanyee, where life on stilts returns to its peaceful state once the tourists have departed. The rest of the day is free to stroll through the wooden alleyways, see the floating football pitch, and observe the daily life of the fishermen. Dinner will be served at a local’s home in a simple and welcoming atmosphere, followed by an authentic evening lulled by the sound of the sea.
