We were looking for an off-the-beaten-path itinerary… and we were thrilled.
This trip took us far from mass tourism, to a preserved and surprisingly peaceful Thailand. Aside from perhaps Khao Sok, we encountered very few other travelers. Everything was designed to ensure an authentic and seamless experience, even with a child. The pace was perfect: a perfect balance between moments of exploration and welcome breaks.
We absolutely loved Koh Phra Thong, a truly unique island, wild and serene—we’ve rarely felt such a sense of being at the ends of the earth. And the boat trip on Bangkok’s canals will remain etched in our memories: it’s another side of the city, intimate and surprising… a truly wonderful surprise to start our trip.
