3. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1 Scope of Services

Asiajet Travel USA LLC provides:

• Travel consultation
• Destination recommendations
• Itinerary planning
• Travel coordination assistance
• Customer support

Asiajet Travel USA LLC does not:

• Operate tours
• Provide transportation services
• Provide accommodation services
• Issue airline tickets
• Process travel payments
• Contract directly with travel suppliers

All travel services are provided by Asiajet Travel Ltd and/or independent third-party suppliers.

3.2 Travel Reservations

All reservations are subject to:

• Availability
• Supplier confirmation
• Applicable supplier terms and conditions
• Government regulations
• Immigration requirements
• Visa requirements

Reservations shall not be deemed confirmed until confirmed by Asiajet Travel Ltd.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change until final confirmation and receipt of payment.

Prices may be affected by:

• Currency fluctuations
• Fuel surcharges
• Government taxes
• Supplier-imposed charges
• Transportation cost increases

Asiajet Travel Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing when required by suppliers or applicable regulations.

3.4 Payments

All payments must be made directly to Asiajet Travel Ltd or its designated payment providers.

Asiajet Travel USA LLC does not:

• Receive customer funds
• Hold customer deposits
• Process credit card payments
• Administer payment disputes

Any payment-related issue must be addressed directly to Asiajet Travel Ltd.

3.5 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation, modification, refund, and rebooking policies are governed by:

• Asiajet Travel Ltd booking conditions
• Airline policies
• Hotel policies
• Supplier-specific terms and conditions

Refunds are subject to supplier conditions and contractual obligations.

Asiajet Travel USA LLC has no authority to approve or deny refunds.

3.6 Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

• Valid passports
• Visas
• Entry permits
• Vaccination certificates
• Health documentation
• Any other required travel documents

Neither Asiajet Travel USA LLC nor Asiajet Travel Ltd shall be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or travel interruptions resulting from inadequate documentation.

3.7 Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Coverage should include:

• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Personal liability
• Lost or delayed baggage

Failure to purchase travel insurance is entirely at the client’s own risk.

3.8 Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Illness
• Injury
• Accidents
• Natural disasters
• Political instability
• Transportation disruptions
• Supplier insolvency
• Weather-related events

By participating in any travel arrangement, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

3.9 Independent Suppliers

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Airlines
• Hotels
• Cruise operators
• Transportation companies
• Local guides
• Activity providers

Asiajet Travel USA LLC does not own, control, supervise, or manage any supplier.

Accordingly, Asiajet Travel USA LLC disclaims all liability arising from:

• Supplier negligence
• Service failures
• Delays
• Cancellations
• Accidents
• Property damage
• Personal injury

3.10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asiajet Travel USA LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Travel services
• Supplier actions or omissions
• Delays or cancellations
• Force majeure events
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Financial loss
• Loss of enjoyment
• Business interruption

Under no circumstances shall the aggregate liability of Asiajet Travel USA LLC exceed the lesser of  $500 or the amount paid directly to Asiajet Travel USA LLC for advisory services.

3.11 Force Majeure

Asiajet Travel USA LLC shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Hurricanes
• Epidemics
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Civil unrest
• Terrorism
• Labor disputes
• Transportation interruptions

3.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asiajet Travel USA LLC, its managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your travel arrangements
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law

3.13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Asiajet Travel USA LLC is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3.14 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or any successor organization.

The parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action or representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.15 Changes to These Terms

Asiajet Travel USA LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
