From 5 pm to 10 am the following day, the Ang Thong archipelago becomes your exclusive retreat, a rare experience in the heart of unspoiled nature. A moment of silence, serenity, and wild beauty, far from the hustle and bustle.

Sleep in a tent with the watchful presence of the national park rangers, lulled by the sound of the waves and the chirping of insects. As night falls, the waters light up with bioluminescent plankton, a fascinating natural spectacle.

In the early morning, observe the langurs, these monkeys with white faces, leaping from tree to tree, as well as the tropical birds and marine life that animate the turquoise lagoons.

In the morning, set off to explore the 42 islands of Ang Thong aboard a private traditional boat, with stops at deserted beaches and panoramic viewpoints where you'll be alone facing the vastness of the archipelago.

You’ll board a traditional communal boat around 9:00 AM to reach Ang Thong National Marine Park. After settling into your tent or bungalow, a simple lunch awaits you overlooking the sea. The afternoon unfolds at your leisure: swimming, snorkeling above the colorful reefs, canoeing, or simply relaxing on the beach. Then, from 4:00 PM onwards, as the boats depart and the silence returns, you’ll set off in a private long-tail boat to explore the park’s 42 islets: a deserted emerald lagoon, secluded beaches, and spectacular viewpoints bathed in golden light. In the evening, after dinner, the bay might light up with a ballet of bioluminescent plankton, offering a spectacle as subtle as it is magical.

The next day, at 6 a.m., the magic happens again. The beach is silent, still bathed in the cool of the night. The outlines of Koh Phangan and Koh Samui appear on the horizon, and sometimes, a few spectacled langurs—those discreet monkeys with black fur and pale faces—come to greet the first stirrings. At 7 a.m., you set off to climb to the Pha Chan Charat viewpoint. A thirty-minute walk, accessible but a little steep towards the end. Up there, a breathtaking panorama awaits you: the 42 islands of Ang Thong stretch out under a fine mist, without a sound, without a visitor. It might be one of the most beautiful sunrises of your trip. You’ll leave in the late morning, by private speedboat, for Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, or Surat Thani, your head full of images, the taste of salt still on your lips, and that rare feeling of having experienced something profoundly real.
